2、践，对发展国民经济，促进工农业生产，改善人民生活，改变边远地区交通闭塞和文化技术落后面貌，巩固国防，沟通国际交往，起到了国民经济大动脉的重要作用既有线路路基由于受修建时技术和经济条件的限制，填筑压实标准往往较低。随着客货运量和机车车辆轴重的增加，出现翻浆冒泥、下沉和外挤等各种病害。上述路基病害严重影响线路的稳定性，增加养护维修工作量，缩短轨道上部结构的使用寿命，是影响铁路运输安全和运输能力提高的主要原因。在既有线提速和载重增加的情况下，路基荷载条件发生变化，线路维修中除对路基病害进行整治外，对部分路基还需要采取加固措施，提高承载能力，但是由于既有线运力和运能
