1、POLICYOFBUILDERS'RISKSINSURANCE保险人(TheInsurer):某保险公司被保险人(TheInsured)某造船厂第一条保险期限PeriodofInsurance本保险在保险单列明的保险期限内从保险船舶建造开工之tl或上船台之tl起生效，直至保险船舶建成交付订货人或船舶所有人或保险期限满期时止。两者以先发生者为准。SubjecttotheperiodofinsuraneespecifiedintheScheduletothePolicy,theinsuranceattachesfromthedayofcommenceme

2、ntofthebuildingoftheInsuredVesselorfromthedayonwhichtheInsuredVesselisallocatedtothebuildingberthuntilthetimeofdeliverytotheOrdererorOwneroftheInsuredVesseluponcompletionofbuilding,oruntilthetimeofexpiryoftheperiodofinsuranee,whicheverfirstoccurs.在投保前已分配在船上的物资和机械设备，自保险单屮列明的保险起期

3、H开始时生效。在保险开始生效后分配或交付给建造人的物资和机械设备，白分配或交付时生效。Theinsuraneeonthematerials,machineryandequipmentallocatedtotheInsuredVesselpriortoapplicationforinsuraneeattachesfromthedayofinceptionofinsurancespecifiedintheScheduletothePolicy.Theinsuraneeonthematerials,machineryandequipmentallocate
