2、分重要，这止是木系统开发的目的和意义。本系统正是针对现代企业的要求而设计开发的，借助自动化系统，企业将实现集团化、专业化、信息化的规模经营，实现集屮管理，使业务周期缩短、成木降低、提高核心竞争力。木文所阐述的基于B/S架构的企业人事管理系统，以浏览器/服务器模式高效地实现了人事管理系统的齐项功能，可进行多条件查询、更新、密码设置、工资和奖金的统计发放等功能。提升了企业的效率和竞争力，满足了现代企业管理的需要。JSP继承了所有Java语言的特点，而且发展而景十分的广阔，因此本项冃采用JSP语言作为根木。在数据库方面使用MicrosoftSQLServer2
