1、榄香烯联合氟腺囉噪/紫杉醇治疗进展期冃癌临床观察【摘要】目的观察榄香烯乳联合氟腺嚨噪/紫杉醇治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法60例进展期胃癌随机分为两组，各30例。单纯化疗组：紫杉醇175mg/m2静滴第1天，加5-Fu400mg/m2静推第1〜2天，加亚叶酸钙200mg/m2静推第1〜2天，加5-Fu600mg/m2维持22h第1〜2天，21d为1个周期，共4〜6个周期。联合化疗组：化疗方案同单纯化疗组，另加榄香烯600g静滴第1〜14天。观察两组病人疗效、不良反应、免疫功能和生活质量改善情况。结果联合化疗组有效率56.7%,单纯化疗组有效率50%；疾病进展时间联合

2、化疗组(6.99±1.76)个月，单纯化疗组(6.25±1.65)个月；平均生存时间联合化疗组(11.38±2.14)个月，单纯化疗组(10.62±1.44)个月。疾病进展时间和平均生存时间，两组差异均无显著性。联合化疗组3〜4度中性粒细胞减少、白细胞总数减少、神经毒性反应均低于单纯化疗组(P<；0.05)o生活状况改善率联合化疗组80%,单纯化疗组53.4%,差异有显著性(P<；0.05)oCD3、CD4及CD4/CD8,在2个周期化疗后，两组差异有显著性(P<；0.05)o结论榄香烯乳联合氟淼囉噪/紫杉醇化疗治疗进展期胃癌，能够减轻化疗毒副作用，改善
