1、母婴床旁护理模式在产科的临床效果观察【摘要】目的：探讨母婴床旁护理模式在产科的临床效果。方法：选择2012年9月-2013年11月木院收治入院的单胎初产妇96例，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例，对照组给予传统护理模式，观察组给予母婴床旁护理模式，分别对两组产妇的满意度及对新生儿护理操作技能学握率进行观察比较。结果：96例产妇均顺利分娩，母婴健康状况良好。观察组和对照组产妇满意度分别为95.83%和85.42%,两组比较差界有统计学意义（P〈0・05）；观察组对新生儿抚触、沐浴掌握率、脐部护理及臀部护理掌握率分别
2、为89.58%、93.75%、87.50%和83.33%,对照组分别为62.50%、70.83%、60.41%和60.42%,观察组对新生儿掌握情况明显好于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。结论：母婴床旁护理模式适应现代护理模式的转变，可明显提高患者满意度及对新生儿护理操作技能掌握率，有利于临床推广使用。【关键词】母婴；床旁护理；产科；效果ClinicalEffectObservationonBedsideMaternalObstetricCareModelintheImplementation/ZHUCh
