1、基于DNA条形码技术对苍南海域仔稚鱼的物种鉴定李渊张丽艳张然宋普庆王良明张立林龙山国家海洋局第三海洋研究所海洋赤潮灾害立体监测技术与应用国家海洋局重点实验室福建海洋研究所摘要:采用DNA条形码技术对苍南海域冬季采集的仔稚角进行物种鉴定,以提高物种鉴定的准确性。所有仔稚鱼通过形态特征鉴定出10个形态种,但经条形码技术可鉴定出11个有效种。序列相似性结果显示11个形态种中10种可鉴定到种的水平,1种无法匹配到相应的物种。条形码间隙分析结果显示各物种的最小种间遗传距离均高于该物种的最大种内遗传距离,存在明显的条形码间隙。由系统发育树可以看出同一形态种的
