1、硕士学位论文学术责任失范研究姓名:陈笑一申请学位级別：硕士逹业：行政伦理学指导教师：毛羽20060508摘要学术责任失范是当前学术界不容忽视的问题。学术责任是“大学之理念''的前捉，是学术伦理的核心概念，也是支配科学研究行为的内在价值取向。那么，作为学术责任的主体，即学者，要想获得社会的理解和公众的信任，必须坚守学术责任，维护学术生命。责任是客观与主观、便约束与软约束、法制与道徳的统一。本文从责任层面对学术责任失范展开研究。本文共分四个部分，第一部分对选题的历史背景进行了说明，并简要评述了国内外关于学术责任的研究现状

2、。第二部分首先阐述了学术责任的基本内涵，认为学术责任是指学者在进行学术工作时，应口觉履行的学术道德行为和法律、组织机构、社会对其的期望，并必须承担其行为后果的道德和制度意义上的责任。接着阐明了学术责任的基本价值及其特点；并对学术责任的主要类型，即学者要承担的学术责任，包括教学的责任、研究的责任和服务的责任展开了分析。第三部分从我国学术责任的现状出发，描述了学术责任失范的表现并分析了其危害，进而探讨了学术责任失范的根源，即学术理念的缺乏和学术体制的缺陷。本文的第四部分通过考察以美国为代表的发达国家致力于防范学术责任失范

3、的措施与方法，试图探寻其可供借鉴的经验与教训。最后，本文提出了良序学术的建构：整合学术道德规范和法律规范；培育学术伦理；以及完善学术责任体制与失范追究机制等。关键词：学术学术责任责任失范AbstractThedisorderofacademicresponsibilitiesisaproblemthatcan'tbecurrentlyallowedtoignorebyacademia.Academicresponsibilitiesarethepreconditionofacademicideas,thecoreco
