1、牙冠延长术保存残根的临床疗效观察作者：郑志强，骆凯，赵伟，陈素凤，林彬单位：福建医科大学附属口腔医院，福州3500021.牙周科；2.修复科福建省自然科学基金(2006J0112)【摘要】目的观察牙冠延长术対牙体缺损达龈下的残根修复的临床疗效，探讨牙冠延长术的适应症。方法对29颗缺损达龈下3mm的残根行牙冠延长术，根据牙根长度分为A组(13颗患牙，根长≥1.5cm)和B组(16颗患牙,1.2cm≤根长<1.5cm),于术后6周常规修复。比较术前、术后6周、修复后1月及3月的牙周探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(

2、SBI)和牙松动度(MD),以评价临床疗效。结果29颗患牙术后牙周状况良好，总有效率为86.21%o术后各时间点PD、SBI均明显优于术前(P<0.05),但两组术后牙周指数比钱差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)oA纽术片无松动，B组术后56.25%出现I度松动。结论牙冠延长术有利于残根的保存利修复，但要注意适应症的选择。【关键词】才冠延长术；根管疗法；才髄疾病；义齿修复术；生物学EvaluationoftheClinicalEffectofCrownLengtheningSurgeryonResidualRo

8、卜断端，或改善过短牙冠现象、專龈微笑等不美观的现象，在临床上nJ捉高患牙的保存率［1］。笔者采用该方法对29例患牙进行修复前治疗，并定期进行追踪观察，分析影响手术成功的因素，为该方法的临床推广及适应症的选择积累经验。1资料与方法1」一-般资料选择因各种原因引起的牙缺损达龈下3mm内的残根29颗，男性12例，女性17例
