1、盐酸坦洛新治疗输尿管下段结石疗效观察［摘耍］冃的：评价盐酸坦洛新治疗输尿管下段结石的临床疗效。方法：将100例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照纟fl,每纟R50例，结石肓径小于1.0emo对照纟fl给予司帕沙星0.2gqd,治疗组给予司帕沙星0.2gqd+盐酸坦洛新0.4mgqd,每例患者治疗观察期不超过2周。观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、镇痛治疗使用率。结果：2周内结石排出率，对照组为18例(36%),治疗组为40例(80%),两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o平均排石时间对照纽、治疗纽分别为(11±3)、(5±3)d,两纽比较，差异有统计
