1、中文摘要目的本研究旨在观察运用针刺法结合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑出血后吞咽障碍，评价其临床疗效，进而探讨出一种起效快，疗程短的安全有效的治疗方法。方法木研究脑出血后吞咽障碍的患者50例选自武警后勤学院附属医院的住院患者，均为自愿参加观察，患者及家属均知情同意。采用SAS软件产牛的随机数字，将患者分为针刺组、针刺结合吞咽障碍治疗仪组（简称结合组），每组各25例。两组患者在神经内科对症治疗的基础上，分别釆用针刺法和针刺结合吞咽障碍治疗仪法治疗，1次/天，14天为1个疗程，分别评估两组患者治疗前、治疗1周后及2周后的变化。观察洼田氏饮水试验评分标准的动态

2、变化，评价吞咽障碍改善程度（评分减少表明吞咽障碍程度恢复）；根据脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度评分标准中的吞咽困难亚量表，评估吞咽障碍改善程度（评分增加表明吞咽障碍程度减轻）。结果50例脑岀血后吞咽障碍患者均进入结果分析，未有脫落病人。采用洼田氏饮水试验评分，两组经治疗后，均能降低洼田氏饮水试验评分；治疗1周后差值比较，P>0.05,差异无显著性意义；治疗2周后差值比较，PV0.01,差异具有显著性意义，针刺结合吞咽障碍治疗仪法优于针刺法。采用吞咽困难亚量表评估吞咽障碍程度评分，两组经治疗后，均能增加分值；治疗1周后及2周后差值比较，P<0.01,
