1、温针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察[摘要]目的探讨温针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2014年6月—2017年5月期间诊治的98例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象，按照患者入院治疗的先后顺序将患者平均分成两组，入院较早的患者定为对照组，口服西药进行治疗，入院较晚的患者定为观察组，采用温针灸治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的有效率为97.96%，明显高于对照组的83.67%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.9464，P<0.05）。治疗前肠道症状评分对比无差异（t=0.1895，P>0.05），治疗后两组评分都有所下降
