1、毕业论文（20__届）中小高科技企业融资机制构建研究21摘要高科技企业对一个国家经济发展的重要作用越来越明显。近年来，中小高科技企业已成为我国推动国民经济发展和实现技术进步的重要力量，尤其是在缓解就业压力、增加产值和税收等方面发挥着积极而重要的作用。然而，目前中小高科技企业的融资变得越来越难。中小高科技企业在发展过程中，资金来源的不充足，资金运作的不到位以及融资渠道过窄，使得融资难成为其发展的瓶颈。本文通过对中小高科技企业的界定以及西方企业融资理论的概述，分析了中小高科技企业现有的融资机制以及其存在的缺陷，对我国存在的
2、信息不对称、直接融资体制尚未未完善、风险融资机制尚未形成以及融资成本过高等等现象进行了深入研究。同时借鉴了西方国家关于中小高科技企业融资的成功经验，主要包括以美国、英国为代表的证券市场主导型融资的机制和以日本、德国为代表的银行导向型融资机制，以此作为我国中小高科技企业融资的启示与思考。通过阐述我国中小高科技企业融资机制方面存在的缺陷，结合我国国情和中小高科技企业的自身特征，提出构建我国中小高科技企业多元化融资机制的设想，以此来探索我国中小高科技企业融资困境的解决途径。关键词：中小高科技企业；融资；机制构建21Abstr
