6、anOrientalmedicalschool,utilizationofKoreanOrientalmedicine,thesupplyofKoreanOrientalmedicine1问题的提出自近代化以来韩国的韩医学的社会地位经历了巨大的变化。即，韩医学在近代化初期面临过灭绝的危险；解放后在制度的保护下获得独立的医疗体系；而如今韩医学在社会制度层面上获得了跟西医学平等的待遇。如今只有在高考中成绩最优秀的学生才能报名韩医科大学，而韩医师在韩国社会中属于高收入阶层，这些事实充分体现了韩医学在韩国社会中的地位。本文试图详细考察韩医学的供求结构。在韩国社会，整个医疗的供给与需求是相

7、互有机地联系在一起的。韩医领域也不例外，如果消费者对韩医的需求有了提高，那么自然而然地推动供给结构的扩大；而如果韩医形成了稳定的供给结构，那么也将带来需求的持续增长。不过，如果出现供给过剩的情况，那就会出现提供韩医服务的医疗单位之间的激烈竞争，甚至会出现供给跟着需求的变化而左右摆动的现象。因而，相关专业组织部门力图调节供给的结构性过剩。韩医师集团也试图通过韩医科大学的入学总量和韩医执照考试合格率的控制来限制韩医师总量的过分扩大。韩医医疗的供求关系的变化受到韩医师集团、国家、医疗消
