3、yieldofreciystallized:theamountofethanol,thevolumefractionofethanol,standingtimeandpH.Wealsocomparedtheimpactofdifferentfillersonthecolumnchromatographypurificationyieldandpurityofscutellarininthecolumnchromatographyanddeterminethebestmethodofpurification.Results：Accordingtotheexperiments,theresul
4、tshowsthattheoptimalscutellarinseparationconditionswere:ratioofmaterialtoliquid,1:120(g:mL),Standingtime,40min?ethanolcontent,80%,pH=l,Theyieldofscutellarincontainsflavonoidswithapurityofover98%byanalysisofHPLC.Besides,Columnchromatographypurificationwasalsoused,itsoptimumconditionsisrespectively:
5、silicagel,200-300mesh,dichloromethanetomethanol,5:l(v:v).Conclusion：Bytherepeatabilityexperiments,themethodsofthecontentdetectingandpurificationmethodshavesatisfactoryprecision,stabilityandrepeatability.Itcanprovidetocontrolthequalityofscutellarinandtoensureefficacyandsafelyuseinclinic.Theresearch

7、止痛、散寒解表、活血化瘀功效。1977年版《中国药典》曾予收载。20世纪70年代，一位九十多岁苗族老中医提供了一个治疗脑偏瘫的偏方「灯盏细辛蒸鸡蛋。后经反复的药理学、病理学实验证实：灯盏细辛提取物具有抗脑缺血、保护脑缺血再灌注神经损伤卩⑷，预防急性心肌梗死再灌注损伤卩“、保肝护肝血⑼、改善肾功能⑴•凹等广泛的药理作用。临床主要用于防治脑血栓的形成、脑血管意外后遗症、心脑血管系统疾病等，在糖尿病、肾病及颈性眩晕等疾病的治疗
