1、纯中药内服外敷治疗座疮后色素沉着临床观察［摘要］目的：观察自拟方纯屮药内服外敷治疗痊疮后色素沉着的疗效，寻找一种有效、副作用小的中医治疗方法。方法:釆用随机、对照、单盲的研究方案，将符合纳入标准的76例患者随机分为两组，治疗组：38例，自拟方中夯内服及外敷中药微粉面膜治疗；对照组：外用千白氢酿乳膏(2%氢醍乳膏又名氢醍霜)治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗30d、60d后色素程度、色素沉着面积的变化。结果：两组患者治疗30d、60d后各项积分变化在色素程度、色素沉着面积及总积分方面比较(卩〈0・05),有显著性差异；两组疗效比较(P<0.05),有显著性差异，治疗组疗效明显优于对
