1、电子商务环境下逆向物流存在的问题及对策研究电子商务环境下逆向物流存在的问题及对策研究摘要21世纪电子商务进入了迅猛发展的时代，随着电子商务发展的FI趋成熟，逆向物流的重耍性日益显著，并逐渐成为困扰电了商务发展的瓶颈。有效的退货处理可以降低成木、提高客户满意度，冋收正向物流产牛的废弃物更是有环保的效应，从而提升金业的社会形象，所以逆向物流的优化将成为各电子商务经营者取得竞争优势的关键之一。然而我国电了商务环境下的逆向物流还存在着很多问题，很多电子商务企业还没有意识到逆向物流的重要性，逆向物流的不完善造成的弊端越来越制约着电子商务发展，解决

2、逆向物流存在的问题迫在丿目睫。本文将从电子商务环境下逆向物流的概念、特点入手，着重研究电子商务坏境下的退换货问题。在对电了商务环境下逆向物流的发展现状的进行分析基础上，找岀我国电了商务环境下逆向物流存在的问题并分析成因，然后针对存在的问题提出合理的解决策略。最后以具体的一个实际案例进行研究分析,也对论文的研究成果是否切实可行、是否具有操作性做一个实际论证。关键词：逆向物流；电子商务；退货；回收ResearchofReverseLogisticsProblemsandMethodstoFixUnderTheE-commerceEnviro
