1、万方数据-60·主堡越盟堂盘查；!!!生!旦筮兰!鲞筮!塑￡!也』旦型i!!：』!!!!型!!!!：!!!：!!：塑!：!脾窦岸细胞血管瘤的CT和MRI表现毛怡李学明郭应坤余建群宋彬郜发宝腹部放射学【摘要】目的探讨脾窦岸细胞血管瘤(LCA)的临床及影像特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的12例LCA患者资料，其中9例行腹部cT平扫及增强扫描，2例行腹部MR平扫及增强扫描，1例同时行CT和MR检查。观察临床特征、cT以及MRI表现，并总结其影像特点。结果8例患者表现为脾大，无明显脾功能亢进症状；10例

2、表现为多发的类圆形低密度病变，2例为单发病灶；12例均未见钙化以及包膜。CT扫描7例病灶边界清楚，3例边界欠清，平扫病灶多表现为稍低密度结节或脾脏密度不均匀；增强扫描为低密度结节，呈逐渐缓慢强化。在MRI上所有病灶边界清楚，呈长T，以及混杂长T：信号，其内可见点状低T2信号影，钆增强扫描呈高信号，并逐渐强化；在DWI、ADC图上病灶相对于正常的脾组织扩散增加。结论LCA在cT和MR图像上有一定的特异性，有助于临床诊断。【关键词】脾肿瘤；体层摄影术，x线计算机；磁共振成像CTandMIufinding
