1、甲氧咪肌联合曲呢酮治疗消化性溃疡对照探究作者：刘庆海李秀玲詹来英【摘要】目的探讨甲氟咪肌联合曲哩酮治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将96例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,因疗程不足脱落6例；研究组47例，对照组43例，两组均常规应用甲氟咪肌治疗，研究组联合曲哩酮治疗，观察4w。于治疗前及治疗4w末，采用症状自评量表评定两组患者的心理健康状况；治疗1w内依据溃疡疼痛程度评定标准判定疼痛缓解程度；治疗结束后1W内复查胃镜或消化道卒贝餐判定溃疡愈合情况。结果研究组溃疡愈合率(80.85%)显著高于对照组(55.81%)(%2二6・66,P<0.05)；缓解疼痛的速度显著快于对照组(P<0

2、.05)；治疗后症状自评量表躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、敌对和恐怖因子分均较治疗前有显著下降(PV0.01),而对照组仅抑郁、焦虑因子分显著降低(P<；0.01)；研究组躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑因子分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)o结论甲氧咪肌联合哇酮治疗能显著改善消化性溃疡患者的心理健康状况，快速缓解疼痛症状，提高溃疡愈合率。【关键词】心身疾病；消化性溃疡；心理问题；曲哇酮;甲氧咪肌；症状自评量表[Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheefficacyofcimitidineplustrazodoneinthetreatmentofpept

7、increaseulcerhealthrate.［Keywords】Psychosomaticdisease；pepticulcer；psychoproblem；trazodone；cimitidine；SCL90消化性溃疡是一种心身疾病，患者多存在焦虑、抑郁等心理问题，抗焦虑、抗抑郁剂能显著提高疗效［1,2］。为此,我们应用甲氧咪肌联合曲哇酮(商品名：每素玉，常州华生制药有限公司生产)治疗消化性溃疡进行了相关对照研究，现将结果报告如下。1对象与方法1.1对象选取2006年8月〜2008年2月在本院就诊
