3、TYMAYAPPLY)3.1Exceptasotherwiseagreedinwritingbytheparties,eachpartyshallpayandassumeentireresponsibilityfortheirrespectivecostsandexpenditureswhatsoeverincurredinconnectionwiththeiractivitiesunderthisMOU.3.2UndernocircumstancesshalleitherPartybeliabletotheotherforanycostsordamagesofanyk
4、ind,includingwithoutlimitation,incidental,consequential,specialorspeculativedamages,lostofprofitsorlossofbusiness,inconnectionwithnotmovingforwardtoconclusionofbindinglegalagreementsbetweentheParties.4PUBLICITYNeitherpartyshalldisclosetoanythirdpartynorpublishinanymannerortoanyextentthee
