1、道安高速公路工程进度计划管理办法第一章总则第一条项目公司生产管理采用公司及项目办两级管理。项目公司负责制订总体及年度施工计划，并对全线重要节点、重点工程进行管控，项目办负责现场管理。项目公司采用目标管理方式，将项目工期目标分解到各个项目办、各个参建单位。以计划管理为龙头，建立完善的工程进度管理体系。第二条道安项目公司（以下简称“公司”）工程管理部是本项目施工计划、工程进度及统计的主管部门，负责项目总体、年度工程进度计划的制定、检查、修编工作，适时组织进度重大偏差项目专题会。第三条各项目办根据公司总体及年度工程进度计划，要求承包人编制总体、年度、季度、月度施工计划，并监督落实。按时收

2、集、整理上报本管段内统计报表。第四条各承包人依据项目公司下达的总体工程进度计划，编制具体可实施的、详细的施工计划，落实为完成计划所需的资源配置。并按时向监理办整理上报统计报表。第五条为搞好山东省交通科学研究所研发基地项目的结算审计工作,我跟踪审计部特针对本项目作如下要求,请各施工单位、供货单位遵照执行：andperformancetestcopiesoftherecord.Ifnecessary,reviewshouldbecarriedout;4)forspringhangers(includedsimplespring,hangersandconstantsupporthang
