1、摘要2006年，我国首次提出了建设创新型国家的发展战略，在2012年党的十八大报告中，进一步明确提出了创新驱动战略。实施创新驱动战略，企业是主体，而我国面广量大的中小企业更是科技创新的重要力量和主要源泉。研究中小企业自主创新能力的影响因素，将有助于采取更加有效的措施，促进中小企业自主创新能力的提升。因此，本论文选题对创新驱动战略实施效果的提高、提升中小企业自主创新能力具有重要的意义。本文首先回顾了国内外学者对自主创新的相关研究，在此基础之上探讨了影响中小企业自主创新能力的内外部因素，即企业家精神、企业资源、企业管理能力、企业文化、政府政策、产学研合作六个要素；然后利用对比分析的方法
2、，选取了五个省市，查阅科技统计年鉴，获取科研投入、科研产出两方面的数据，对其进行比较分析，加深了对江苏企业的创新能力的现状的了解；随后采用实证分析法对理论部分提出的内外部因素进行验证，结果显示，六个要素均对中小企业自主创新能力有重要影响，进一步分析了不同因素对中小企业自主创新能力的影响程度；最后根据实证部分的结果，从企业内部、企业外部以及企业内外部协同创新三个角度提出了提升江苏企业自主创新能力的对策建议。关键词：中小企业，自主创新能力，影响因素，结构方程IAbstractIn2006,Chinafirstlyproposedthedevelopmentstrategyofbuild
