2、.Thethirdpartreviewedthedevelopmentprocess,characteristicandfactorsofourenterprises'transnationalM&A.ThefourthpartisanempiricalanalysisoftheperformanceofChineseenterprises'transnationalM&A.Usingthefactoranalysismethod,itestablishestheevaluatingsystemoflistedcompaniestransnationalM&A,makesthep
3、erformanceofdomesticlistedcompanies'transnationalM&Ain2001-2010.Thefifthpartusedmultivariateregressionanalysismethodtotestthefactorsafectingonourcountry'slistedcompaniesoftheperformanceoftransnationalfactorsonChinesetransnationalperformance.ThesixthpartisonthebasisofthelistedcompaniesinChinai
4、ntheperformanceevaluationoftransnationalM&Aanditsinfluencingfactors,fromtheperspectiveofthegovernmentandenterpriseswithsuggestionstoimprovethetransnationalM&AperformanceofChineseenterprises.ThedomesticresearchoftransnationalM&Amainlyfocusesonthesituation,motivation,andrelatedlegalissuesoftran
5、snationalM&A.Ontheempiricalresearchaspect,thestudyismainlyontheperformanceofforeignacquisitionandrelatedissues.Therefore,therelatedresearchontheenterprises'performanceofmultinationalM&AinChinawillbemoremeaningful.Moreover,intheevaluationofempiricalresultsoftransnationalM&Aperformance,mostscho
