3、ationarymonolayerrangeofdiseasesintheirhosts[1-3].ManyculturesofhumanembryolungcellsoftheMRCcoronaviruseshavebeenreadilyadaptedtogrowthcontinuous(MRCc)line,originallyobtainedfromincelllinesderivedfromtheirhostsorotherDr.A.F.Bradburne[8].Thecellmonolayersinfla

4、tspecies.Thecytopathiceffect(cpe)producedbybottleswereinfectedataninputmultiplicityof0.1coronavirusesininfectedcellsisvariable[1].How-infectiousparticlespercelland,followinganad-ever,themostcommonfeatureofthecpeisitssorptionperiodof1hat33°C,wereincubatedatfoc

5、alnaturewhichprogressestoinvolvetheentire33°Cfor24hinEagle'sBMEmediumwith2%cellsheet.Ontheotherhand,thecpeformedbynewborncalfserum.Afterincubationthecellssomecoronavirusesisofamorenonspecificde-wereharvested,frozenandthawedonce,clarifiedgenerativequality.Most

6、coronavirusesproduceaat2000xgfor30rainat4°C,andthesupernatantcpewithatendencytoformsyncytia,althoughcontaininginfectiousvirusparticleswasstoredatthiscannotatpresentbeconsideredtobeagen--70°Cuntilrequired.eralfeatureoftheCoronaviridae.AcloneoftheMRCcs,calledMR
