5、tractdiseaseduringthestudydingBCVviathenasalpassagesattimeofarrivalinaperiod.feedlothaveanincreasedriskfordevelopingrespirato-rytractdisease.24In1study,ahighmortalityassociatedResults—Numberofsamplespositiveforbovineres-piratorycoronavirus(BRCV)orbovineentericcorowithBCVinfectionwasobserved.naviru

6、s(BECV)was37/224(17%)and48/223(22%),AlthoughBCVinfectsepithelialcellsintheintesti-respectively.Somecattle(25/46,45%)shedBECVnalandrespiratorytractsofcalves,12-16theprevalenceofandBRCV.Therewere25/29(86%)cattlepositiveforentericinfectionsattributabletoBCV,theassociationBECVthatshedBRCV,butonly1/27(
