6、einmigratestotheGolgiapparatus,butisnottransportedtotheplasmamembraneasreadilyasistheSprotein(SturmanandHolmes,1983).ForporcineTGEV,thepresenceofthevirusenvelopeSantigenonthesurfaceofinfectedcellswasdemonstratedbyimmunofluorescence(Laudeetal.,1986),whilethepres
