5、7中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL/`f498-1992粉煤灰游离氧化钙测定方法适用范围本标准适用于燃煤电厂粉煤灰中游离氧化钙的测定,测定范围。.01%-3.5%0弓I用标准SD323-89煤灰成分分析方法RS-2-1-83飞灰和炉渣的采样RS3-1-83燃煤、飞灰和炉渣试样的制备3原理及方法提要在沸腾的条件下,乙二醇与游离氧化钙作用,生成可溶性的乙二醇钙:供OHCH20{+Ca()一{、Ca‘H2OCHZOHCHZO过滤后,用三乙醇胺掩蔽铁、铝、钦、锰等离子,在pH>12.5的条件下,以钙黄绿素一百里酚酞为指示剂,以EDTA二钠标准溶液滴定4试剂分

6、析中使用分析纯试剂和蒸馏水。4.1无水乙醇(CH,CHZOH):纯度为99.5%a4.2乙二醇【(CHZOH)2:符合HGB3318-6004.325%(m/V)氢氧化钾(KOH)溶液:称取258氢氧化钾用水溶解,并稀释至100mL,存放在聚乙烯瓶中。4.41+4三乙醇胺〔N(CHZCH20H)3}水溶液。4.5‘(CaCO3)二0.02mol/L钙标准液:准确称取预先经120℃干燥2h的优级纯碳酸钙(CaM3)2.00168,置于250mL烧杯中,用水润湿,盖上表面皿,沿杯口慢慢滴加优级纯(GB622-77)1+1盐酸(HC1)10mL。待溶解完

7、毕,加200mL水煮沸数分钟,赶除二氧化碳,冷至室温。移人1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释到刻度,摇匀。4.6。(EDTA二钠)=0.01mot/L或0.02mol/L乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA二钠)标准溶液:称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠4g或8g,置于200ml烧杯中,用水溶解至约1000mL摇匀。标定方法如下:中华人民共和国能源部1992-11-28批准1993.05-01实施准确吸取IOmL钙标准溶液(4.5)置于250mL锥形瓶中,加人50mL水,摇匀,再加5mL三乙醇胺溶液(4.4),lOmL氢氧化钾溶液(4.3)和约0.038钙黄绿素一百里酚酞指
