1、全反式维屮酸在慢性肾衰大鼠体内的变化及以意义[摘要]目的:夕卜源性全反式维甲酸(all-transretinoicacid,atRA)能延缓慢性肾衰的病理进程,因此我们在木研究屮检测了慢性肾衰时内源性atRA的水平是如何波动的。方法:建立5/6肾大部切除的大鼠肾衰模型,采用反相高效液相色谱仪(RP-HPLC)检测了5/6肾大部切除大鼠不同时间点的血、肾组织atRA的水平。结果:与假手术组(sham)比较,单纯肾大部切除组(NX)血肌酹水平自第10周起明显高于sham组(P〈0.05)。NX组大鼠血
2、浆atRA在第2周有一个明显的升高,第7周降至接近正常或正常以下;NX组肾纟H.织atRA水平自第2周时间点有明显升高,肓到第10周才降至接近正常或正常以下,同sham比较没有差异。sham组大鼠血浆和肾组织汛RA的含量比较稳定。结论:正常大鼠血浆和肾组织内有毗RA存在,含量比较稳定。5/6肾大部切除后,大鼠血浆和肾组织内atRA在短期内升高,以后明显下降,在屮、晩期降至正常水平。[关键词]全反式维甲酸;5/6肾大部切除[中图分类号]R96[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210(2008)
