1、科技与管理金砖国家科技合作模式及平台构建研究金砖国家科技合作模式及平台构建研究欧阳峣，罗会华(湖南商学院大国经济研究中心，湖南长沙410205)摘要:金砖国家作为一个新的国际合作平台，在经济技术合作方面有着广阔的前景。建立和完善金砖国家科技合作模式及平台，有利于突破西方国家的技术壁垒、从外部获得短缺的技术要素以及开展具有大型化和复杂化特征的现代科学研究。金砖国家科技合作已有一定基础，科技资源具有互补优势，但还存在缺乏多边合作、缺乏协调机制、缺乏信息平台等问题。金砖国家科技合作属于政府主导型，主要方式有政府联合开展国际科技合作计划、人力资源计划和政府采购项目下的国际科技合作。同时
