1、汽车工业人力资本贡献度研究TheresearchonhumancapitalcontributionofAutoindustry研究方向主些塑缌丛企些筮屋导师及职称到圭迎数援2007年6月汽车工业人力资本贡献度研究摘要汽车工业是我国的重要支柱产业，人世几年来我国汽车工业取得了较大的发展，但整体水平与世界先进水平尚有较大差距。发展壮大中国自主品牌汽车，面临的困难和劣势很多，资金、经验、品牌、人才等都是无法回避的问题，其中人才对汽车工业发展的战略意义最大，因此优化汽车工业生产要素结构，提高人力资本对汽车工业发展的贡献度尤其重要。本文以人力资本理论和新经济增长理论为基础，首先介绍了汽车工业人

2、力资本的演变与发展，具体阐述了汽车工业人力资本内涵、特性、类型以及我国汽车工业发展现状；然后对人力资本和物质资本的测度理论进行了总结和评价，为实证分析提供理论基础；最后采用改进后的人力资本外部性模型，利用我国汽车工业五大行业的面板数据，运用计量经济分析方法，估算了汽车工业增长中各要素的产出弹性及贡献率，在得出基本结论的基础之上为我国汽车工业人力资本开发与积累提出了些建议。关键词：人力资本；贡献度；外部性TheResearchoncontributionofHumanCapitalInAutomobileIndustryAbstractChina'sAutomobileindusU-yi
