2、hatformitoccursandhowwetreatedit.ItisdemonstratedthattheGuyer-KrumhanslequationcanbethenextappropriateextensionofFourier'slawforroomtemperaturephenomenainmodelingofheterogeneousmaterials.Thesecondapproachprovidesaninterpretationofgeneralizedheatconduc-tionequationsusingasimplethermomecha

3、nicalbackground.Here,Fourierheatconductioniscoupledtoelasticityviathermalexpansion,resultinginaparticulargeneralizedheatequationforthetemperature eld.Bothoftheaforementionedapproachesshowthesizedependencyofnon-Fourierheatcon-duction.Finally,athirdapproachispresented,calledpseudo-temperat
