1、重力喂养结合非营养性吸吮、俯卧位及抚触治疗等综合护理干预在早产儿喂养的疗效观察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.98摘要目的：探讨综合护理干预对早产儿喂养效果的影响。方法：2011年12月-2013年12月收治早产儿70例，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用重力喂养结合非营养性吸吮、俯卧位及抚触治疗等综合护理干预护理方式，对照组采用常规间断鼻饲喂养的护理方式，比较两组的喂养情况和耐受情况，包括鼻胃管留置时间、恢复出生的体质量时间和足量胃肠喂养达418.4kJ/（kg
2、?d）时间等。结果：研究组患儿鼻胃管留置时间、恢复出生的体质量时间和足量胃肠喂养时间均显著低于对照组，两组之］'可差异具有统计学意义（P〈0・05）；研究组患儿呕吐、腹胀、胃残留和呼吸暂停的不耐受率均低于对照组，两组之间差异具有统计学意义（1X0.05）。结论：重力喂养结合非营养性吸吮、俯卧位及抚触治疗等综合护理T•预能够有效地促进早产儿的胃肠道功能成熟，显著提高喂养的耐受性，促进患儿生长发育，改善患儿生存质量。关键词综合护理喂养疗效Efficacyobservationofgravityfeedingc
