2、氯己定组成的复方消毒剂对悬液内白色念珠菌作用1min,平均杀灭对数值均>4.00。用聚六亚甲基双胍与乙醇组成的复方消毒剂对白色念珠菌作用3min,或用聚六亚甲基双胍与苯扎溴铵组成的复方消毒剂作用5min,平均杀灭对数值均>4.00。用含量1000mg/L单方聚六亚甲基胍对白色念珠菌作用7min,平均杀灭对数值为2.45。结论4种复方聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果均较单方聚六亚甲基双胍明显提高,聚六亚甲基双胍与双癸基二甲基氯化铵或与醋酸氯己定组成复方消毒剂杀菌效果更好。关键词聚六亚甲基双胍;复方消毒剂;白色
