2、胁迫时间的延长.麻疯树幼苗叶片相对含水量在5%和10%处理时略微升高,在15%,20%和30%聚乙二醇(质量分数)处理时持续下降.至10d时分别下降了40.7%,46.0%和55.9%;可溶性蛋白质量分数、活性氧(O·)产生速率、保护酶系统超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶、过氧化氢酶活性和叶绿素质量分数在各种不同处理条件下先升高后下降。而丙二醛质量分数在各种不同处理条件下随胁迫时间的延长逐渐增加.至10d时在15%处理时增加最显著(P<0.01),与对照相比,上升了2.4倍相关分析表明.相对含水量与丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶
