1、·影像与介入·2013年11月第20卷第32期超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术的应用巫朝君黄健黄志勇广东省茂名市人民医院超声科，广东茂名525000【摘要】目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺肿块中的应用情况。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月在本院住院并实行乳腺肿块超声引导下微创旋切术患者260例(共462个肿块)作为研究对象，患者均在高频超声引导下行麦默通微创旋切术，回顾性分析超声与微创旋切术的效果结果给予超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗后，所有患者的乳腺肿块均成功切除；切除肿块均送病理

2、检查明确性质，462个肿块中，乳腺纤维腺瘤或纤维腺病伴腺瘤形成286个、乳腺纤维腺病107个、乳腺囊肿43个、乳头状瘤23个、乳腺癌3个。260例患者中乳腺癌3例，乳腺良性肿块257例，术后血肿5例，皮下瘀斑l3例，在随诊中均能逐渐消退。结论超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术的应用，具有安全性高、创伤小、操作方便、疗效确切、患者易接受、恢复快等优点。临床意义十分重要，是值得推广的一种乳腺肿块微创治疗方法。【关键词1麦默通旋切系统；超声引导；乳腺肿块[中图分类号】R445．1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】
