3、rticipantsingrade1-3fromXinxiangMedicalCollegeand80juniormiddleschoolstudentsingrade8fromamiddleschoolofAnyangcitywererandomlyselected,whowereaskedtoanswersomequestionsaboutthemoraljudgmentsinsixmoralstoriesinvolvingdifferenttemporaldistanceandsocialdistance.The2(temporaldi
4、stance:todayvs.ayearlater)×2(socialdistance:agoodfriendvs.astranger)×2(studenttype:collegestudentsvs.juniormiddleschoolstudents)×6(situationalstories:1-6)wereadopted,studenttype,temporaldistanceandsocialdistancebeingbetween-subjectvariablesandsituationalstoriesbeingwithin-s
5、ubjectvariables,andtheevaluatedmoralscoresbeingdependentvariable.Results:Thestatisticalanalysisindicatedthat,themaineffectsofstudenttypeandsituationalstorieswassignificant,F(1,146)=10.355,P<0.01,F(1,730)=27.96,P<0.001,andtheinteractioneffectbetweensituationalstories,student
