1、补气活血法方治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝疗效观察【摘要】目的探讨采用补气活血法方对于治疗气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月一2015年6月期间我院收治的气虚血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者60例作为本次观察对象。根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。其中观察组采用中药补气活血方进行治疗，对照组采用生化冲剂进行治疗。观察两组患者止血效果情况、子宫复旧情况等。结果两组患者经不同方法治疗后，观察组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为70.0%,经检验比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）o通过对两组患者治疗前后宫颈三径进行比较
2、，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）,提示两种治疗方法对子宫复旧均有一定效果；通过对两组治疗前后差值均值进行比较，经t检验，t二3.84,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义，提示观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论应用补气活血法方治疗气虚血瘀型产示恶露不绝具有十分显著的临床效果，值得推广借鉴。【关键词】补气活血法方；产后恶露不绝；气虚血瘀型[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofInvigoratingQiandpromotingbloodcirculationforthetreatmento
