1、·524·中国妇产科临床杂志2013年11月第14卷第6期ChinJClinObstetGynecolmb!!,o.!.·论著·苦参碱联合顺铂对子宫颈癌SiHa细胞中TSLC1基因表达的影响刘畅张煦魏敏杨爱宏【摘要】目的探讨苦参碱联合顺铂对人宫颈癌SiHa细胞肺癌肿瘤抑制因子1(TSLC1)基因的表达及SiHa细胞对顺铂敏感性的影响,以期对治疗宫颈癌提供依据。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法(MTT)测定不同浓度苦参碱组(50、100、150、200、250~g/m1)、顺铂组(5、10、15、20、25/~
