1、·430·右江医学2014年第42卷第4期ChineseYoujiangMedicalJournal2014,Vo1．42No．4——枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察袁景桃，李俊杰，袁润兴，王鲁梅，曾碧冰(广东省东莞市人民医院皮肤科，东莞523059)【摘要】目的评价枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将150例慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组各50例，观察组患者口服枸地氯雷他定片，每天1次，每次5mg，白芍总苷胶囊，每天3次，每次2片；对照1组患者口服枸地氯雷他定片，每天1次，每次5mg；对照2组患者口服白芍总苷胶囊

2、，每天3次，每次2片。三组患者连续治疗4周为一疗程。结果治疗4周后观察组患者总有效率为96％；对照1组患者总有效率为76％；对照2组患者总有效率为80％。三组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0．05或0．01)。对照1组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论枸地氯雷他定联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效。【关键词】慢性荨麻疹；枸地氯雷他定；白芍总苷胶囊中图分类号：R758．24文献标识码：ADOI：10．3969／j．issn．1003—1383．2014．04．010Clinicalinvesti
