3、twasinvestigated.ThestructureandmorphologiesofZnOnanorodswerecharacterizedbvXRDandSEM.respectively.ThethermalstabilityofZnOnanorodswasalsodetectedbvthermalgravityanalyzing.ThermalannealingtreatmentresultsindicatethatZnOnanorodsarefundamentallystablewhenannealingt

4、emperatureislowerthan600。C.Ⅵenannealingtemperatureisbeyond600。C,thediametersofZnOnanorodsobviouslydecreaseandtheaggravatingtendencyofnanorodsbetweeneachotheralsoincrease.AnnealingtreatmentcangreatlyinfluencethegassensingpropertiesofZnOnanorods.ComparingwithZnOnan
