1、医师定期考核管理办法实施细则(试行) 第一章总则 第一条根据《医师定期考核管理办法》和《关于建立医务人员医德考评制度的指导意见(试行)》的有关规定，制定本细则。 第二条卫生部负责全国医师定期考核工作的监督管理，县级以上地方政府卫生行政部门负责本行政区域内医师定期考核工作的监督管理，指导各地考核机构开展医师定期考核工作。 中国医师协会受卫生部委托，负责开展全国医师定期考核的日常工作。 第三条依法取得医师资格，经注册在医疗、预防、保健机构中执业的医师均应参加医师定期考核。 第四条医师定期考核每两年为一个周期。 医疗、预防、保健机构的新进医师自进入该机构始满两年后接受考核。 第二章考
