1、·696·现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine2014Mar，23(7)中医药外用促进痔瘘术后创面愈合的临床研究杨界辉(四川省眉山市中医医院，四川眉山620010)[摘要]目的探讨中医药用于促进痔瘘术后创面愈合的临床价值．．方法将肛瘘和肛周脓肿术后患者l】6例随机分为2组各58例。实验组进行红油膏纱务换药处理，对照组应用雷佛奴尔纱条换药处理记录2组惠者治疗前后临床症状评分、临床疗效及创面愈合时间，综合比较2组临床效果。结果实验组总有效率91％(53／58)，对照组7

2、8％(45／58)，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0．05)、实验组创面愈合时间(13．7±3．5)d，治疗花费(2521．4±342．8)元；而对照组分别为(18．4±4．7)d和(3745．6±652．5)元，2组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0．05)。治疗后实验组症状评分较对照组显著下降(P<0．05)。结论中医药能缩短痔瘘术后的创面愈合时间，患者症状改善更为显著，值得在临床上推广应用。[关键词]红油膏纱条；雷佛奴尔纱条；创面愈合doi：10．3969／j．issn．1008—8849．2014．07．005[中图分类号]R0657．18[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1
