1、南通大学学报(医学版)·366·JournalofNantongUniversity(Medica1Sciences)2013:33(5S一腺苷蛋氨酸对大鼠肝脏部分缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制研究陈杰,邵伟斌,严栋梁,朱斌(南通大学第二附属医院肝胆外科,南通226001)[摘要】目的:探讨S一腺苷蛋氨酸对大鼠肝脏部分缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:将36只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3gl(n=12):假手术组、缺血再灌注组、S一腺苷蛋氨酸组。建立大鼠肝脏70%缺血再灌注模型,缺血时间为lh。腺苷蛋氨酸于术前1d及术后1h腹腔注射(100mg,k,假手
2、术组及缺血再灌注组在相同时间注射等量生理盐水。各组大鼠分别于肝脏再灌注后6h和24h处死,取肝脏及血液标本,检测血清谷丙转氨酶(alanineaminotransferase,AL、谷草转氨酶(aspertateaminotransferase,AsD、肿瘤坏死因子一a(tumornecrosisfactord,TNF一,以及肝脏组织丙二醛(malonyldia1dehyde,MDA)含量,并观察肝脏组织的病理改变。结果:与缺血再灌注组相比,S一腺苷蛋氨酸组的ALT、AST、TNF—ot水平明显降低(P<0.01),MDA含量明显减少(P<0.05),
