2、产地两面针药材提取物的抗肝癌活性,采用逐步后退法将量化特征峰面积与MTT法测得两面针提取物抗肿瘤活性的结果结合,构建两面针药材提取物抗肝癌的谱效关系方程。结果建立的两面针药材提取物HPLC指纹图谱相似度达到0.7以上,经相似度软件筛选出24个特征指纹峰,用逐步后退法拟合两面针药材提取物抗肝癌谱效关系方程,该方程具有统计学意义和实际意义,可较准确地预测两面针药材提取物的抗肝癌活性。结论两面针药材提取物抗肝癌活性是多种成分协同、互补、制约相互作用的结果,根据方程可预测肿瘤细胞的敏感性。关键词:两面针药材;HepG
