1、·中医中药·中国当代医药2015年2月第22卷第5期甲亢灵胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平的影响分析施勇芳廖浩峰廖铁军广东省佛山市三水区人民医院佛山市第六医院．广东佛山528100【摘要】目的探讨甲亢灵胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选择2012年1月～2014年1月本院内分泌科收治的甲状腺功能亢进73例门诊患者作为研究对象，将其分为观察组43例、对照组3O例．对照组给予甲硫咪唑片，观察组在对照组基础上联合甲亢灵胶囊，两组均连续服用8周，比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的甲状腺激素水平变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93．02％，对照组为73．33％，两组比较，

2、差异有统计学意义(PO．05)，治疗后，两组的甲状腺激素水平均较治疗前显著改善，且观察组甲状腺激素水平的改善情况显著优于对照组(P0．05)。结论甲亢灵胶囊辅助治疗甲状腺功能亢进能有效提高治疗临床效果。显著改善患者的甲状腺激素水平，且安全有效，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】甲亢灵胶囊；甲状腺功能亢进；甲状腺激素【中图分类号】R581．1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2015)02(b)一0154—03Analy
