2、1000)摘要:蛋白质提取方法和电泳条件是研究双向电泳的关键。文章初步建立一套适合番茄黄化突变体叶片蛋白双向电./4c(2一DE)分析的高效提取方法及电泳条件,比较3种蛋白提取方法,筛选最适胶条范围和上样量。结果表明,TCA丙酮法提取的番茄黄化突变体叶片蛋白质含量高、纯度佳、分离效果好;24cmpH4~7IPG胶条适于番茄黄化突变体叶片蛋白分离;1200g为最佳上样量。关键词:番茄黄化突变体;双向电泳;技术体系;优化中图分类号:$641.2文献标志码:A文章编号:1005—9369(2014)04—0046—05李景富,徐磊
