2、。结果：与空白组比较，模型组、治疗组肾上腺体积均增大，体重增加，存在统计学差异(P<0．05)，而模型组ERK的蛋白含量显著减少(P<0．05)，针刺组与空白组无统计学差异(P>0．05)；与模型组比较，针刺组肾上腺质量与其存在统计学差异(P<0．05)，针刺组ERK。蛋白相对含量较之有所升高(P<0．05)。结论：针刺治疗抑郁症能有效改善肾上腺体积增大，并能活跃ERK通路。[关键词]抑郁症；电针；免疫组化；肾上腺指数；ERK。[中图分类号]R335．4[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1671-0126(2014)O1-0001—03M
