3、allyfundedthroughtheNationalCooperativeHighwayResearchProgram(NCHRP)Project90-07.TheobjectiveofNCHRPProject90-07istodetermineifasphaltbinderperformanceiscorrectlycapturedbytheSuperpaveasphaltbinderspecificationdevelopedunderthe1987through1993StrategicHighwayResearchProg
4、ramandmodifiedundersubsequentstudies.Thisreportwillbeofinteresttohighwaypersonnelwhousepolymer-modifiedasphaltbindersandSuperpave.TherecentlydevelopedSuperpavecriticalcrackingtemperature(Tcr)forasphaltbindersagreedwithmixtureperformance,exceptforoneasphaltbinderthatiscu
