3、对含水量减小,叶片叶绿素含量增加,渗透调节物质增加,作为细胞保护酶的SOD、POD活性均升高,同时,细胞膜受到伤害,膜透性增加,作为膜脂过氧化产物的丙二醛含量也随之增加;随着胁迫时间的延长,POD活性先升高后降低,说明干旱胁迫下细胞保护酶活性升高,但当胁迫超出了植物可以忍耐的程度后,酶活性降低。关键词:水分胁迫;圆叶决明;生理生化特性;聚乙二醇中图分类号:Q945.1文献标识码:AEffectonPhysiologicalandBiochemicalCharateristicsinChamaecristaRotundifoliaUnderWaterSt
