1、1摘要在今天的工业控制领域中，由于可编程控制器本身存在着封闭性，人们在计算机技术发展的基础上开发出通过微型计算机即可实现可编程控制器控制功能的一种软控制器――软PLC。本文以A-B公司开发的SoftLogix系统为研究对象，详细的分析了它的控制功能、网络结构，同时成功地在实验室电梯模型控制中实现了它的系统设计。文中第一部分介绍了软PLC的发展并对SoftLogix系统进行了总述；第二部分介绍了SoftLogix系统的软硬件组成，其中包括系统的虚拟背板、控制器、通讯卡等；第三部分对SoftLogi

2、x系统在罗克韦尔三层网络体系中的通讯组态进行了深入的讲解，尤其是在对控制网通讯理论详细分析的基础上，通过分别使用MSG和生产者/消费者两种通讯模式与ControlLogix系统的数据传输实例对其强大的网络通讯功能进行了实际的验证；第四部分通过使用SoftLogix系统设计了一个电梯模型控制系统，给出了SoftLogix系统设计及应用的基本方法；第五部分对该系统的功能进行了总结并对后续的设计人员提出了两点建议。本文对实际控制系统的设计应用具有很大的指导意义，而且给出的电梯模型控制系统的设计对用So
