3、isplayjustshoweduspartofthoseconflictsbetweentheparentsandtheteenagers,whichoftenoccurinthefamilynowadays.Thestudentsarequitefamiliarwiththeseproblemstheyoftenmeetintheirfamilylife.Itiscertainthattheyhavealottotalkwitheachother.Theycansharetheirfeelingsanddiscussandfindsomesolutionstodiffere
4、ntkindsofproblemstheycomeacross.Bylearningthisunit,theteachercanalsoguidethestudentstoformgoodattitudetowardslifeandhelpthemtofindgoodmethodstosolvetheproblemstheymeet.Whilethestudentsarereadingthisplay,somereadingstrategiesabouthowtoreadaplayshouldbeintroduced.Thatis,mostplaysareintheformof
5、adialogue,whichisquitedifferentfromreadinganormaltext.Therefore,alargeamountofcasualspeechisused,sometimeswithincompletesentences.Toreallyunderstandaplay,thestudentsshouldreadthedialoguealoud.Meanwhile,differentin-classactivitiesshouldbewellorganizedforallthestudentstotakepartinwiththepurpos
6、eoftrainingtheirskillsinnotonlyreading,butalsolistening,speakingandplaying.Somechartsandtablesareusedforthestudentstofindsomeinformationforthetext.Andthestudentsshouldbeencouragedtoactouttheplayandmakenewplaysaccordingtotheirownexperiencesduringtheirdailylife.Theyshouldlearntoenjoyteam-work.
